Structural Engineer

A multi-discipline engineering service provider in New York is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their team. This role is great for someone with the right background with the opportunity to move into a department manager role.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis from an NCEES accredited university programLicensed Structural Engineer EIT or PE 5-10 years of experienceExperience in structural systems, design of industrial steel buildings, masonry structures, reseidential, commercial and facilitiesExperience and knowledge of STAAD-Revit & AutoCAD

Position Details

Develop calculations for safe, economical, and prudent solution of structural design of structures.Provide high level of discipline and department technical expertise associated with project work..Review/check engineering designs, drawings and other projects documents related to structural department.Certify designs and drawings as requiredInteract with other department managers, clients, and contractors. 85K-150K base compensation (Negotiable depending upon experience and technical skill set)Medical, Dental, Vision401(k)PTO (Holidays off)
