Wealth Advisor

Role

We are seeking a talented wealth advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management to high net worth individuals and families. In this role, you will:

Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, events, and other lead generation channels Conduct introductory meetings to understand prospects' financial situations and goals Present customized financial planning recommendations and wealth management strategies Create and implement investment portfolios aligned to each client's risk tolerance Provide ongoing financial guidance on topics like retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, business exit planning, and wealth transfer Build deep client relationships and become a trusted financial advisor over the long term

Requirements

3-5 years experience in financial services or client-facing wealth management role Passion for acquiring new clients and ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply Entrepreneurial drive and proven record of achieving individual production goals Bachelors degree (finance, business, or economics preferred but not required)
