GPI is seeking a Senior Electrical engineer for our Metro New York office in Suffern, NY. Our Electrical Engineers provide a range of services as part of an integrated building services design.

Responsibilities:Accountable for providing system design calculations and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering / internal and external)Prepare drawings detailing the system designedInterface with clients (as required) and attend design meetingsPerform construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projectsSelect equipment and fixtures for use in the buildingQualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required8+ years' experience designing Electrical Building SystemsPE preferredProficiency in AutoCAD; required Revit preferredKnowledge of Electrical Codes required
