Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Pre-Processor/Processor. The Pre-Processor/Processor will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks related to processing and pre-processing for all jurisdictions (DC, MD, VA, FL). Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment are essential for success in this role.
QualificationsExperience with Qualia and Google ChromeSupport the Senior Processor through daily communication and monitoring of reportsImport and merge documents into Qualia files, such as abstracts, title orders, etc.Order and update (when necessary) payoffs, surveys, HOA, lien certificates, water, etc.Assist with verification of incoming and outgoing wire instructionsSchedule settlements with all parties involved, coordinating outside closers and online notariesMerge documents for closing, print packages, and prepare closing foldersCurative experience is a plus!Strong attention to detail and accuracyOther duties as requested
