Our clinicians are committed to creating an affirming and truly grace-filled space where all are welcome.Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team.Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques- Offer child and family counseling services to address specific needs and promote healthy relationships- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care- Administer and interpret psychological tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries- Stay up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of psychology- Implement psychopharmacological interventions when necessary, in collaboration with psychiatrists or other medical professionalsRequirements:- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution- Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred- Proficient in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning- Skilled in individual and group counseling modalities- Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its integration into treatment plans- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundariesWe offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.If you are a dedicated Clinical Psychologist looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support, we encourage you to apply.Job Type: Full-time
