Principal GTM Solutions Architect (Remote, USA)

Grafana Labs is looking for a Principal GTM Solutions Architect to help scale our marketing technology and operations to support our growing business. You will work closely with the Demand Generation team, Revenue Operations, Self-Serve team, the Marketing Operations team and report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead cutting edge initiatives and experiments using AI to create customized email communications based on lead behaviorOwn and improve our behavior scoring for leads and contacts, connecting it to account prioritization and delivering to the SDR teamRun reviews with department leaders to proactively provide strategic improvements to systems, processes, enablement and reportingEvaluate marketing program structures and regularly suggest and implement operational improvements for webinars, workshops, nurture programs, virtual conferencesDevelop an Admin level of understanding across our tech stack, make recommendations for long term improvements and develop a roadmap that unites multiple business units Troubleshoot complex issues with ease and lead the rest of the team to drive our operations and technology to be more efficient and effective

Requirements

Appetite for or experience with using AI technology to experiment with marketing automation, prospect segmentation and email marketingSelf-motivated w/ 8-10 years of marketing operations experience Advanced Marketo Administration and Integration experience - snippets, Launchpoint, Webhooks, proficiency with HTML, email tokensSkilled in developing strong system and data integrations including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, databases, and BI dashboards to enable teams to surface insights faster to make more efficient decisionsSkilled with FiveTran, SQL and BigQueryAdvanced Salesforce experience - marketing related object management, integrations & reporting within SFDC and using Salesforce data in BigQuery

In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $224,000 - $268,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
