Job Profile
Grant is currently looking to fill the role of Outside Sale Representative. In this role you will be responsible for the development of new customer accounts, supporting existing Grant accounts, meeting customers in person to identify opportunities/close sales as well as coordinating customer visits to discuss new products, product updates and features with Grant’s manufacturer support teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Local Travel, Western PA/West Virginia (40-60%)Identifying and developing new customers while supporting existing Grant accountsIdentify pain points in customers’ day-to-day which Grant products and solutions can be utilized to solveWork jointly with Grant’s applications and inside sales teams to provide customers solutions that best meet their need Work jointly with manufacturers’ support teams on account development, trainings, and events
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred – Business, Engineering, or similar5-10+ years of Sales/Account Manager Experience in the Electrical Industry, OEM and End User experience preferredCustomer First AttitudeOwnership of the Sales Development Process Excellent Oral and Written Communication SkillsSelf-Motivated, Organized and Detail OrientedExperience with Reading Technical Drawings/Specifications and Creation of Bills of MaterialAbility to Work in a Team Environment
