📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesGrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 15 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an opening in our Lakeland office for a Trust and Estates Associate with 5 to 15 years of experience. We’re seeking an experienced professional with expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing legal guidance for estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and similar legal areas.Creating legal documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney, as well as business formation and estate planning documentation.Working with clients to develop and execute plans that protect and preserve assets.
A Tax LLM and experience with income tax issues is required. Other necessary skills included a keen attention to detail and the capability of successfully working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. The Associate will work with existing clients and must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
