📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening in our Naples office for a full-time experienced, Trust and Estates Paralegal. It’s preferred that the successful candidate be a Florida Registered Paralegal or demonstrate eligibility for registration.
Position requires 3+ years of estate planning and administration experience to handle probate and trust administration, including the ability to manage important deadlines, coordinate the collection of asset information, handling client correspondence, and timely drafting of related pleadings and administration documents. In addition, since this position will assist with data input and preparation of estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns, experience is preferred. Keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and excellent organizational, communication and technology skills are required. Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and experience with GEMS and/or Prosystems, or other estate tax return software, is preferred.
