Please Note: Candidates must present with application a picture of - Driver's License / State Issued ID, Social Security Card, Direct Deposit Authorization letter from Bank, Current Vehicle Insurance, and Face Picture (must be straight forward, no hat no glasses). All candidates will have to complete an AM/NS Safety Orientation as well as a Graywolf Construction Site Specific. All Candidates will have to complete a drug screen and Breath Alcohol screen. Results must be cleared before candidate can go onto the AM/NS Site.

Job Description

Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, Weld together metal components of products such as piping systems, plates, pipes, and tube or structural shapes, as specified by layout, blueprints, diagram, work order, welding procedures, or oral instructions, using electric arc-welding equipment. Plan installation or repair to avoid obstructions and avoid interfering with the activities of other workers. Secure pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand tools and power tools. Weld in any direction – flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions

Job Summary

Must be able to read and interpret prints and plansMust be able to weld both carbon steel and stainless steel pipeUse stick, MIG, TIG, and flux core welding techniques to weld various components in varying positionsMust be able to push/pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs., but may occasionally push/pull, lift, or carry up to 100 lbs. Subject to repetitive use of hands/arms, and legs, Hand/eye coordination,Must be able to communicate (hear, comprehend, and speak) to safely perform work,Will need to be able to perform sedentary to heavy workClimb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis. Position may require prolonged bending/twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, reaching overhead, squatting, pushing /pulling, or standing and lifting, Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, loose rock, loose/soft sand, etc.
