Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Chief at Green Rodent Restoration located in Edison, NJ. The Crew Chief will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, coordinating crew activities, and ensuring all work is completed according to company standards and client expectations. The Crew Chief will also be responsible for training and mentoring crew members, monitoring project progress, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications Experience in the restoration or construction industryLeadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of rodent control, attic cleaning, and insulation practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation
