The Senior Manager, Corporate IT and Security is responsible for the overall management of corporate information technology services within Greenphire, as well as managing the Information Security program.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily support and deployment of all corporate IT services and security related systems. Define and report on Operational KPIs and other critical metrics related to Corporate Infrastructure and Security to leadership team. Oversee the Information Security program at the organization level including management of key security programs including Security Awareness Training, IT Risk Management, as well as Vulnerability and Patch management (coordinating with development teams as required)Evaluate and analyze security gaps and implement solutions to remediate those gaps in coordination with other teams as requiredDevelop and maintain documentation of corporate systems and Security infrastructure. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documentation for corporate infrastructure and information security. Liaise with internal team members, various other groups and external customers and vendors. Plan, support and participate in internal and external audits. Develop technical skills and mentor team members. Lead, manage and over see team of analysts, engineers and cyber security analysts. Coordinate support and advocate a standardized approach towards selection and implementation of internal corporate systems in a highly distributed decision-making organizational structure. Communicates in a timely manner to all stakeholders about projects and statuses on requests. Work with IT management to develop and track IT budget. Must be a creative and critical thinker and is able to confidently express ideas in an articulate, concise manner; and participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or trainingPrevious direct hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services is preferredExperience managing an enterprise productivity suite (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365)Advanced working knowledge of designing and maintaining networks including firewalls, switches and wireless networking highly desiredDetailed knowledge of systems troubleshooting tools and techniquesExperience designing and implementing systems for high availability and redundancyExpert level knowledge of cyber security practices and network protocolsSecurity certification is highly desiredExperience with email security platform (such as Mimecast) is desired
