The Solutions Consultant works with both Product and Business Development to effectively communicate the value of Greenphire’s solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with multiple Greenphire departments from Business Development, Operations, and Product to fully understand the product and solution offerings and communicate client needs. They will be responsible for direct communication with potential and existing customers to understand customer business requirements, develop opportunity-specific solution strategy and effectively articulate and demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements. They will also oversee and execute various projects to ensure alignment between internal innovation teams, Business Development, and Operations. This role works in a fast-paced, high energy environment and candidates should be able to successfully balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Provide demonstrations, presentations, and support for assigned Business Development opportunitiesDrive organization brand, values, and best practices through all client communicationsUnderstand and identify customer requirements and challenges and establish Greenphire’s solution(s) as the best availableLead presentations and demonstrations of Greenphire’s capabilities and solutions tailored to the customers’ requirements for qualified sales opportunitiesEnsure system demonstration environment(s) are adequately prepared for scheduled engagementsDocument, and convey internally, client requested functionality and competitive intelligenceMaintain subject matter expertise for assigned solution(s) including global capabilities and regulations/laws (GDPR, data security, tax, banking, and payments)Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Marketing to update materials (slides, one-pagers, blogs, videos, etc.) to meet various sales/marketing needsMaintain familiarity of key regulations, market trends and key business events in the Life Sciences Industry (through research, attending events/webinars/conferences, etc.), integrating these data points into client presentations for positioning Greenphire solutionsWork closely with Product to understand upcoming enhancements to the software and impact on the client experience; develop updated materials and demo/present on new features and functionality as applicableParticipate in conferences, webinars, user forums, etc. to understand client/user needs and to educate on product capabilitiesParticipates in cross-departmental projects that enhance Greenphire’s solutions and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training preferredExperience in software demonstrations in a sales capacityMotivated continuous learnerExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsMust be interested in helping others, both internal and external to GreenphireCritical thinker with the ability to identify problems, potential solutions, and manage the project through to completionProficient with computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong planning, organizational, and time management skillsDetail orientedSelf-starter/self-driven, with the ability to work independently/remotelyExperience in clinical trial industry a plusAbility to thrive in an environment that is fast-paced and dynamicAbility to travel internationally up to 20%
