Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Traveling Superintendent. The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects at various locations, managing on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders. The Traveling Superintendent will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, resolving any construction-related issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materialsExperience in managing construction projects as a superintendent or similar roleExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to travel and work at different project locationsKnowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce themStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in commercial construction is preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
