Key Responsibilities

On any given day you can expect to,

Assume the role of main day-to-day client contactSet priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projectsCollaborate with Planning, Project Management, and Creative departments to write a strong inspiring agency brief and concept based on the client’s initial briefProvide client-service administration, including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling reports and competitor trend analyses, scheduling (in partnership with your Project Manager and Financial partners), and organizing logisticsPopulate and distribute weekly/monthly status reports to key stake holdersRespond promptly to all client and internal requestsInfluence the development of the highest quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client, business, and brand and demonstrate strong creative judgement and strategic recommendationsDevelop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, including Creative, Strategy/Planning, Project Management, and Production teamsContinually seek ways to add value to the client agency relationship

What You Will Need

1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related fieldAbility to be resourceful and think strategically and creativelyDesire to contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work communityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Superior language and grammar skills

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $70,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
