WHAT YOU’LL DO:Manage Projects in Linear: Use Linear to organize tasks, deadlines, and workflows for all marketing projects, ensuring they run smoothly and follow best practices.Connect the Team: Be the bridge between the marketing team and other departments or groups involved in marketing projects, ensuring smooth handoffs, successful outcomes and that everyone stays informed.Keep Data Organized: Help maintain the marketing database and manage important documents to keep everything accurate and accessible.Meet Deadlines: Help keep the marketing team on track and manage project timelines effectively to ensure deadlines are met consistently.Improve Team Efficiency: Help develop systems and procedures to minimize errors and delays during project launches and campaign rollouts.Find Resources: Help secure necessary materials and contributions from other departments for marketing content creation.Own the Content Calendar: Assist with planning and scheduling marketing content (video, blogs, web content, socials, and emails) for campaigns and initiatives.Track & Analyze Performance: Help the marketing team collect data to track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness through appropriate reporting.Manage the Budget: Assist with tracking the marketing department budget by tracking project costs.Vendor & Agency Management: Help coordinate communication and project execution with external vendors, contractors, partners and agencies involved in marketing campaigns.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Education or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree in marketing.At least two years related experience.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess a creative spirit and a drive to learn new things.Be able to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.Be self-motivated and able to work in a faced-paced virtual team environment.Be able to work in a diverse team that comes from different backgrounds/genders/ethnicities.Be able to work collaboratively across teams and with other people.Be a team player that values, appreciates and respects your coworkers and the team environment we work within.You live to be YOU.
