We are seeking a Digital Automation Architect to join our team. The Digital Automation Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing automation solutions to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role is responsible for architecting end-to-end automation solutions, with a particular focus on RPA and IPA solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop automation strategies that align with organizational goals.Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable automation architectures that leverage RPA, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies to optimize business processes.Lead the development and deployment of RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, ChatGPT, etc.Develop, deploy, and maintain automation that eliminates repetitive tasks, streamlines workflows, and provides operational benefits to the organization.Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in automation initiatives.Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards in RPA development.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation, artificial intelligence, and RPA.Evaluate new tools and techniques and recommend improvements to enhance automation capabilities and efficiency.Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business objectives.Identify the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions and ensure compliance with IT security best practices.Maintain process and system documentation for the automation processes.Monitor and optimize bot performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.Relevant Certifications in RPA (e.g. UiPath Developer Certification).At least 5 years experience as an RPA developer on a large platform such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UiPath.In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and executives.
