Technical Project Manager

Description:This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more. This is not a task-based job and you will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery. Strong fundamentals are a requirement but you have to have more. Responsibilities:Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areasLead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization- Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goalsFoster collaboration across a broad team of cross- functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline- Play an active role in improving how features are built and executedHelp set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations and other organizations to develop and improve the suite of featuresEducationBS/BA Degree and/or MBA preferred

Min requirements:Program or technical project management in software development is requiredStrong technical proficiency – machine learning infrastructure experience or data science experience is a plus3+ years of program management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycleBuilt global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partnersStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilitiesAbility to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plansConsistent track record of shipping complex customer- facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelinesStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization
