Sales Representative/Poured Walls Project Manager

Job Summary:The Sales Representative maintains and creates new sales relationships with the company’s poured walls customers and oversees and manages poured wall jobs.

Responsibilities:Facilitates and initiates the relationship between company and client.Provides general relationship management, assistance, and customer support to clients.Ensures company’s clients are satisfied with their purchase(s) and interactions with the company.Retains current customers and attracts new customers by ensuring the client is happy and responsive.Assist in identifying prospective clients and initiating contact.Remain up to date and knowledgeable on products.Update and inform team and management of clients’ expectations.Follows up with clients to ensure their experience was positive and their needs were met.Assists in project managing the jobs. Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor’ s degree in related field preferred.Three years of sales or customer relations experience preferred.Completion of Sales Training classes or certification preferred. Concrete/Construction experience preferred.
