Foundation Systems of Michigan, A Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Outside Sales Representatives to join their team in Livonia MI.

Our Outside Sales Representatives, we like to call Certified Field Inspectors, are the friendly face of our organization and integral to our success. They partner with homeowners to diagnose issues and estimate repairs through our foundation repair and water management solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspectionsUtilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of businessDiagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution optionsEstimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposalsClose sales with customers in the homeMaintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline

Requirements

Full-timeReporting into Branch locationServicing area within territory

Qualifications

Experience in business-to-consumer and/or in-home salesBackground in construction, foundation repair, or similar home services industry Clearly defined sales and income goals along with a strong commitment to their executionPositive “can do” attitude focused on customer service and satisfactionAbility to represent the company in a professional manner
