Job Summary:The SAP Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the cutover activities during the implementation of the project. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition from the development or testing environment to the production environment. The SAP Cutover Manager plays a critical role in minimizing the risks and disruptions associated with the cutover phase.
Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive cutover plan that outlines all tasks, dependencies, and timelines, taking into account the specific needs and objectives of the SAP project.Define the cutover strategy, including data migration, system downtime, and resource allocation, to minimize business disruption and mitigate risks.Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the cutover process, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.Oversee the execution of cutover test runs and validation activities to ensure that all system components are working as expected.Develop contingency plans in case of unexpected issues during the cutover, ensuring that there are established procedures for rollback and recovery.Should Monitor data/cutover, progress status and issues and communicate results to the leadership teams.
Requirement:Required 8+ years of relevant SAP experience.Should be good with ERP combined business and technical cutover plan
