📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manage to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a multitude of accounting activities, including managing day-to-day accounting operation, assisting month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and implementing efficient processes and controls.This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from public accounting to a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Potential Responsibilities:Own core accounting responsibilities including month end close and financial and managerial reportingLead process improvement initiatives and drive implementation across the finance organizationManage branches and external accounting resources to ensure a timely and accurate month end close processLead the preparation or review of Audit PBCs for audit proceduresAssist in building and maintaining the internal control environment to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceCollaborate with cross functional teams on projects and high priority initiativesAssist with special projects as needed
You have:4+ years working as an accountant, auditor, or similar accounting-focused roleBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldHighly motivated and detail orientedProficient in Multitasking and Timeline ManagementReliable and Diligent Work EthicAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changeExperience working with multi-entity/consolidating financial statementsFamiliarity with GAAP Accounting PrinciplesKnowledge of NetSuite preferredPublic accounting experience, Big 4 accounting firm preferredCPA preferred
