POSITION DETAILSGTN Technical Staffing is seeking a CSR for an on-site role in Coppell, TX. Working in an inbound call center, CSRs serve as a primary point of contact for our client’s customers. CSRs provide product and services information to resolve any emerging problems customers may face with their products or questions about our client’s website. We are seeking candidates that are confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues with customers, even when they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. CSR’s performance is assessed through their ability to achieve productivity and service standards, respond efficiently to Customer inquiries, and maintain high Customer Satisfaction. REQUIREMENTSMust be comfortable with FirearmsKnowledge of Federal and State Firearm Laws.Experience with telephone customer service, email support, social mediaPrevious retail sales and customer service experienceEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.
