Job Description: Project ManagerSpecializes in roofing, restoration, reconstruction, waterproofing, siding, and historic preservation across the southeast. We deliver a comprehensive range of services, ensuring robust, efficient, and high-quality solutions for your building’s needs and are your holistic solution for everything from new construction to building maintenance and repair.This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Raleigh, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities across various teams. They will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible for conducting inspections, managing logistics, and expediting project completion.
Job Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementationCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crewEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetCommunicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholdersReview and approve project designs, schedules, and budgetsEnsure compliance with building codes and safety regulationsResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the projectProvide leadership and guidance to project team members Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management or related fieldProven experience as a project manager in the construction industryStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Desired Experience:2-3 years of experience in a project management roleExperience working with specialty general contractors is a plusFamiliarity with roofing, restoration, and waterproofing projects Salary & Benefits:Salary: Competitive salary based on experienceBenefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off
