Operations Agent/Specialist - $5,000 Hiring Award

GTS quality and operational experience and expertise has made GTS the primary vendor for many corporations, government agencies, US/DOD, DOE and DOS contactors, and international organizations.

GTS now seeks an Export Air Agent (entry-level) or Specialist (experienced) to join its Air Team in an active, challenging, and positive environment. The candidate will work remotely up to one-half of each working month once the training process is complete. Starting annual base salary $60K-$65K with room for advancement; reviews at 90/180/360 days may be accompanied with increase; 27 accrued and paid PTO/GTS Holidays in Year 1; self-directed 401k Plan opportunity; generous Annual Performance and Other Bonuses; health plan; short and long-term disability and life insurance.

Responsibilities:· Uphold GTS’ ISO QMS and Quality, Service & Communication Standards· Meet and exceed Customer expectations· Take ownership and manage multiple files and / or programs· Create door to door transport and logistics plans· Schedule transit plans to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining cost targets· Quoting, processing, tracking, and delivering shipments with Team· Plan packaging/crating of Customer orders with Box Shop Team· Expert document preparation for export and customs clearance· Communicate and update customers through e-correspondence and phone while developing lasting relationships· Coach, train and develop team members· Contribute to development of departmental goals and objectives· Edit and implement internal standard operating processes and procedures· Maintain the highest standard of civility, ethics, interpersonal communications, and integrity

Qualifications:· Operations Agent: Entry-level· Bachelor’s degree· Positive Mental Attitude, respectful, and engaging· Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork· Manifest a high degree of attention to detail· Possess strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills· Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint· Interest in earning a Supervisor position· Security Clearance a plus
