Pay Range: $40,000- $50,000 annually

Responsibilities:In conjunction with the Optimal Blue team, maintain the product and pricing engineDaily support of Branch Margins within the pricing enginePricing/confirming loansResponding to phone and email questions effectivelyLocking loans with multiple lenders and loan officersSimple addition and subtraction of lock pricing in basis points (bps)Provide support to structure pricing scenarios and update investor guidelinesMaintain relationships with other departments to foster continuity and collaborationRun pricing scenariosAd-hoc reporting and analysisData entry with speed, efficiency, and accuracy

Qualifications Needed:Knowledge of the mortgage market basicsExperience with Optimal Blue, Encompass and PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and LOS systems)Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work independently and research problems/questions as required.Maintain professionalism across all interactions.
