What You Will Do

Lead organization redesign activities for large complex organizationsDevelop new strategies, operating concepts, and governance models to better meet the client’s missionWork collaboratively in a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operationsFacilitate client meetings, interviews or work groupsLead the development of work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client implementationWork with diverse stakeholder to drive towards consensusDevelop business process improvements to existing programsProvide change management recommendations to clientsDevelop communications and executive presentations for audiences such as agency leadership, the White House, and CongressProvide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staff

What You Will Need

Requires a University Degree and minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant consulting experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills
