What You Will Do

As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technologyFrom initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.As a Financials Solution Architect, you will:Be a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects helping to streamline client processOversee and facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultantsResponsibilities include documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) supportParticipate in an innovative, teaming culture for the team to enable constant innovationStrong ability to team with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processesDemonstrate consultative skillsHave a passion for high customer satisfaction levelsParticipate in sales cycle activities

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of 7 (SEVEN) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience; years of experience can be substituted for a degreeExperience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.)Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office schedule - consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest GH Office as needed or on occasion

What Would Be Nice To Have

Preference will be given to candidates who reside within 50 miles of a GH office.A proven role in at least five full Workday Financial implementationsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentationsImplementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.Leading Foundation Data Model (FDM) design for state or local government.Current holder of two the following Workday Certifications: Workday Record to Report, Workday Procure to Pay, Workday Contracts to Cash

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
