Position Purpose:Responsible for managing and promoting positive workforce relations within the company. Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support positive workforce relations, influencing employee engagement programs, and providing guidance to managers and employees on workforce relations issues.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to positive workforce relations . Influence employee engagement programs and initiatives . Provide guidance to managers and employees on workforce relations issues . Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes . Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies . Act as a liaison between management and employees, building and maintaining positive relationships . Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on positive workforce relations policies and procedures . Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
