Product Researcher

Responsibilities/DeliverablesBe the key interface with PR initiative leads (‘customers’) who plan tests. Will be the study release manager, coordinating all things necessary for successful completion of a study placement, including:thorough and accurate documentation (study records – coordinating complete study record: making, filling, labeling, packing, study design, informed consent, questionnaires, etc.).the job from end to end to ensure customer needs are met - within compliance, on time, and accurate.with GPS, QA and micro for product release and approvals.with R&D systems (i.e. Enovia, Nexus, Teams, Sharepoint) and multi-functional requirements (QA, Safety, Regulatory, etc.).Quant/Qual Consumer Data Analysis as neededto Facilitate/Moderate Consumer Research &/or Co-Creation Sessions

Key Skillsa high level of attention to detail. This role requires 100% accuracy in documentation to ensure compliance (QA, Regulatory, Legal) and efficiency in our operation. Must be able to plan to ensure all documentation are ready in time to start consumer studies. This individual will be responsible to balance multiple priorities.work well with a variety of functions, levels, etc. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction through meeting their needs, delivering with excellence, and delivering a seamless, Quality driven process.strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate study releases.flow across studies as needed, and flexible to late changes in the process. As this is R&D, requests often change at the last minute, so must be comfortable with dealing with these changes and handling impacts appropriately.user in Enovia, QA & Regulatory approval systems.Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills required.
