DescriptionAs a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a key member of a full stack, cross-functional engineering team. You will partner with Engineering leaders, Design, Product, QA, and business teams to build and deliver high-quality, scalable, and flexible software solutions. You'll have the ability to mentor more junior to mid level engineers.We aim to foster an Engineering culture that emphasizes full-stack development teams empowered to make as many decisions as possible in their technical direction and processes.

LocationThis role can be located remotely in NY, NJ, CT, and PA (hybrid for individuals within 90 minute commute)

ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to create high quality softwareBe a hands-on part of a multidisciplinary team to build next-generations software products and solutionsBe accountable for delivering and supporting applications in a production environmentBuild front-end websites using Client and Server side rendering technologiesBuild back-end microservices with well-defined APIsMentor other engineers, champion team needs, and get involved with strategic decisionsRequirementsProfessional experience working within software engineering teams5+ years of relevant production work experience in full-stack web development Preferably using Node.js/Typescript and ReactTrack record of success in terms of ability to execute projectsExperience breaking product requirements into manageable engineering tasks and working with a team to complete themA willingness to take abstract business needs and problems, and work with product and engineering peers to determine tasksA willingness to champion team needs and get involved with strategic decisions.Strong experience with API technologiesStrong experience with RDBMs technologiesExperience working with AWSExperience with high traffic web applicationsUnderstanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms, and experience creating and evaluating technical design documentsBS/MS in Computer Science/EngineeringWillingness to work EST hours

Base SalaryThe base salary range is between $140,000-$170,000 annually.Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
