Mandatory Experience:Hands-on experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution implementationsFive or more years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution management experienceExperience migrating from SAP to Oracle ERPExperience working with and integrating with third-party applications.Hands on experience with data conversion strategiesDirect experience with Oracle Autonomous data Warehouse
Responsibilities:The Oracle ERP Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring the ERP Oracle team in a fast- paced and evolving environment.The primary responsibility will be the successful implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution at Gwinnett County GovernmentProvide direction in the development, implementation, support, and operations of the Oracle Fusion Cloud SolutionDeployment, configuration, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion CloudDevelopment and oversight of change management processesManage county-wide information systems, projects, functions, and resources.Evaluate technology solutions, embrace innovation, and improve service deliveryFacilitate projects between end users and the department.Perform complex IT work and contribute to management team meetings.Develop policies, procedures, and technical standards.Collaborate with other IT sections to determine organizational goals.Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation related to IT plans and achievements
