The OpportunityThe Tax Director, a senior leadership role within our firm, holds a multi-faceted position responsible for the efficient management and direction of the taxdepartment. Acting as a key player, the Tax Director provides expert taxplanning, compliance, and strategic advice to clients, ensuring the department'soverall efficiency and profitability. This entails building and maintainingstrong client relationships, leading client meetings on complex tax matters, andstaying abreast of evolving tax laws. Oversight of complex tax returns, resolutionof controversies and audits, team management, and fostering a collaborativework environment are integral components. The Tax Director is also tasked withquality assurance, implementing industry best practices, participating in businessdevelopment to expand the firm's tax services, and contributing to budgetingand financial management. Regulatory compliance, addressing potential issuespromptly, and commitment to continuous professional development furtherdefine the comprehensive responsibilities of this role.
