HR Assistant / Client Support Specialist
π Role Overview & Responsibilities
Great opportunity with a growing firm looking to add to our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have general Human Resource experience and be willing to take on the following core duties: establish new policies and procedures, draft/maintain firm manual, assist in management of firm benefits packages and retirement plans, manage firm equipment, maintain approved vendor list, schedule building maintenance, maintain accountability of insurance policies, order supplies, manage firm credit cards, liaison between employment agencies and firm, as well as other administrative duties. The position will also have opportunities for travel on a weekly basis, stateside and possibly overseas. We are looking for someone with great character and integrity to join a team of loyal people dedicated to their mission.
Several of the firmβs practice areas are military centric. Applicants with military experience and deployments will be given due consideration. Experience working in federal workersβ compensation litigation or knowledge of overseas government contracting with US forces is a plus.
