Job Responsibilities:At the direction of a Lead Engineer or Project Manager, assist in the analysis, modification, and design of products and services for assigned projects, which require a working knowledge of materials, processes, components, and their applications.Prepare design calculations and specifications.Develop test procedures, conduct tests, and complete test result analysis for assigned projects.in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services.Incorporate Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process.Job tasks impact directly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and operations. Qualifications:Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, and 2 years of related experience.Proficient with SolidWorksProficient with Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn.Proficient in self-management within a team environment Time Management: The ability to allocate time efficiently, set priorities, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.Task Organization: Being able to plan and organize individual tasks and responsibilities in a way that aligns with the team's objectives.Decision-making: Making informed decisions independently when required, while also considering the impact on the team and its goals.Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changes in the team environment, adjusting individual efforts to contribute positively to the team's progress.Communication: Effectively communicating progress, challenges, and contributions to the team, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Education Requirement:Skills acquired through the completion of a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.Minimum educational requirement of a master’s degree and zero years’ experience or bachelor’s degree and two or more years’ related experience. Desirables:Intermediate experience with applicable industry standards such as API, ISO, or AWES regulatory requirements Candidates having qualification that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
