Senior Paid Media Buyer - Performance & Digital Marketing Agency - Full-Time / Direct Hire
Hamilton Porter is a national recruiting firm that partners with high-growth media and technology companies. We are actively partnered with a full-service digital and performance marketing agency that uses innovative advertising solutions to help brands reach and make an impact with their target audience. Our client has been in business for over 20 years, representing widely known brands in lifestyle & entertainment, insurance, and the automotive industries.
Due to growth, we are looking to hire a Senior Paid Media Buyer to manage media campaigns across their paid social, native, and display advertising channels. We are looking for someone with experience generating insurance or financial service leads in Facebook Advertising and at least one native/display network (ex. Google Display, Taboola or Gemini). Day to Day Responsibilities:Manage daily execution of digital media campaigns across multiple platformsConceptualize and implement strategies for campaign creationMake hands-on bid updates to meet and exceed KPI and CPL targetsWork with front-end development to build landing pages and ad unitsRun A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, creative, messaging and user experiencesDevelop, maintain, analyze and communicate detailed reporting of campaignsGenerate quantitative analysis and models to optimize campaign performanceHelp prospect and explore new potential advertising networks
Qualifications:Experience buying media on Paid Social (fFacebook / Meta Ads, TikTok, etc..)Experience with Display and/or Native ad networks such as Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, TaboolaAbility to strategize, analyze, optimize around data, create split tests, etc...Experience buying media for campaigns that are direct response, lead generation, pay per call, or drive to site related.
