π Role Overview & Responsibilities
Under direction of the Business Administrator, ensures the prompt and accurate processing of all payroll and benefits related matters, accounts payable and receivable. This is a 12 month, 40 hour per week.General Description: Performs the Payroll/Accounts Payable/Receivable functions, support the General Ledger function, and provide support for Human Resources.
Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associateβs Degree or beyond in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance or related area preferred2. One year of payroll, A/P and A/R processing experience or applicable bookkeeping experience is required, with public school experience preferred3. Knowledge of recordkeeping requirements, basic bookkeeping, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)4. Competency with Microsoft Excel and contemporary accounting software programs. Knowledge of Infinite Visions is beneficial5. Excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail required6. Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
