A passion to help children with ASD and their families live fulfilling livesA desire to lead and coach BCBA’s and clinic staff to develop professional goalsAbility to demonstrate adaptability, organization, and composure under stressful situationsAbility to foster a positive team culture while executing clinical policies and proceduresDesire and ability to demonstrate proficiency in managing a clinical facilityLBA licensure, Master's degree and BCBA certification with three years’ experience working as a BCBA

Prior to creating HANDS, our founders worked extensively in behavioral health and wanted to use their collective expertise, knowledge, and skills to build an exemplary therapeutic program that serves children on the autism spectrum.
