Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities: Maintain good communication all related departments including Sales, Product management, Customer Service, Marketing regarding priority projects to meet tight deadlines.Generate transfer purchase orders for internal transfers.Resolve any issues related to warehouse or delivery orders.Develop and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing.Evaluate and enhance our operations in local spend while researching and prospecting developments in global spend.Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments.Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.Determine the lowest cost for products/materials & Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.Negotiate contracts in regard to prices, terms and conditions with vendors.Coordinate deliveries with vendor and warehouse.Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.Supervise and oversee the entire supply chain and distribution process.Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles for ideal efficiency.Manage shipping complaints, lost items, and damages.Manage warranty for purchasing items with vendors.Manage specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems using SAP.Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements using SAP.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, procurement, business, finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain management.Fluency in English and Korean (Required)Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.Experience using SAP preferred.Strong problem solving and communication skills required.Good conceptual and analytical competences, team player, goal-oriented, possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.Can help implementing standard operating procedure (SOP).Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
