📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Labor and Employment Attorney (Litigation)Location: Glendale, CA (Open to WFH 2-3 days)Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + EOY Bonus
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We’re working very closely with a top-tier boutique law practice offering over two decades of experience championing plaintiffs’ causes in personal injury, employment, and class action lawsuits recovering settlements in the multi-millions.
Qualifications:Expertise in employment lawPrior experience handling wage and hour claimsWrongful termination, discrimination claims is a plusMust be able to handle all stages of the litigation process from pre-litigation investigation through mediation, trial and appeals are essential (this includes drafting pleadings, motions and briefs, and in addition to conducting depositions and arguing in court when needed)
Education Requirements:JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
