Title: Family Law AttorneyLocation: Reston, VA (100% Remote)Salary: $120k-$150k + Bonus
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a legal search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We’re working very closely with a top-tier boutique law firm that is looking to add a new family law attorney to their team.
Qualifications:At least 5 years of recent post-JD experience in the following areasDivorceAlimonyAnnulmentChild supportEquitable distributionChild custody disputesPre-nuptial agreementsPost-nuptial agreementsMust be comfortable billing a minimum of 1800 hours per annum
Education Requirements:DC License is a plusJudicial clerkship is a major plusJD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the VA State Bar Association
