Title: Patent Attorney (Entrepreneurial-Minded w/ a Portable Book of Business) Location: United States (100% Remote)Salary: $130k-$700k+ (Uncapped Earning Potential)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is a legal search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm that is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to add a few more entrepreneurial-minded patent attorneys to their team.
What We Are Looking For...Keen interest in business developmentRegistered and in good standing with the USPTOMust be able to leverage book of business upon hireAt least 5+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experienceMust have a portable book of business with a total annual net worth of 150k minimumElectrical engineering background preferred (we are open to computer engineering, computer science, or chemistry disciplines)
Education Requirements:JD or LLM from a US ABA-Accredited Law SchoolUndergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering/science, or chemistry (advanced degree preferred)
