📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Senior Litigation Associate (Complex Professional Malpractice or Employment Law)Location: Torrance, CA (On-Site - Stone Throw Away From the Ocean - Breathtaking View! )Salary: $130k-$200k+Generous EOY Bonus (Firm Once Paid An EOY Bonus of 250k After Receiving a $9.5 Million Verdict on a Legal Malpractice Case)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm specializing in business litigation offering over two decades. The founding shareholder gained substantial experience with a national litigation firm and has tried/arbitrated over 25+ complex cases. Since forming the practice over a decade ago, the law firm managed to successfully litigate hundreds of lawsuits in both state and federal court.
What We Are Looking For...Ideally, a minimum 6-10 years of experience handling cases on at least 1 of the following types of matters:Business disputesProfessional malpracticeEmployment discriminations/wage disputes
EducationJD or LLM degree from at least a top 50 US ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted and in good standing with the California State Bar Association
RequirementsMust have experience taking depositionsMust be willing and able to bill a minimum of 1800 hours per annumEntrepreneurial-minded with a portable book of business is a plus
