Multi-Site Property Manager
The Purpose
In a Multi-Site Property Manager role, you will be responsible for the operational and financial aspect of two or more properties and meeting the company goals in those areas.
Key Role Responsibilities
Operate the property within the financial guidelines and approved budgetFacilitate optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and complianceManage vendor/contractor relationships concerning work scheduling, billing, and certificates of insuranceDesign, implement and maintain a resident retention programPerform physical inspections of the property and verify condition of vacant apartmentsPerform evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens as required on delinquent rentals
Primary Requirements Include
At least 2 years’ experience in multifamily property managementDeveloped supervisory and leadership skillsExperience in rent collection, G/L postings, daily deposits, SODASMRI knowledge highly preferredSolid experience with MS OfficeFamiliarity with real estate contracts and leasesIdeal candidate will possess experience in one or more of the following areas: Senior Housing, Affordable or High-Rise
