Position Summary
As a People Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and people operations.
About The Role
Partner with the Talent Acquisition and IT teams to onboard U.S. new hires in our HRISComplete new hire I-9s and process in e-VerifyAssign Workplace Harassment training for all U.S. new hiresPartner with the Sr. Manager, People Operations to manage our HR data and maintain data integrity in our HRISAssist in the initiation of immigration casesAssist with requests in our ticketing system
About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
Work Location
This role will be an On-Site role in the San Francisco office.
