The JobThis is a sales job!You will be a full desk recruiter (also known as a 360 recruiter), which means you are going to be responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment process from start to finishA huge part of your role will be doing business development - you will identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with decision makers at a variety of companies to sell our recruitment services to themYou will also be responsible for sourcing and placing your own candidates that fit the criteria for what your client needs on their teamYou can expect to spend a lot of your time on the phone - you'll be cold calling, running client meetings, doing sales pitches, screening candidates, etc.You will be working in a fast-paced environment where each day looks a little different, with new challenges to face and new goals to achieve
