Salary $60k base plus commission No thresholds or caps, earn up to 30% of the deal fee Starting ASAP
Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data Analytics space which is growing in New York. We work with a variety of clients across industries offering both perm and temp hiring solutions to the clients we have established connections with.
We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join our Perm team - this will involve business development to bring on new clients and win new jobs to work on as well as sourcing candidates and managing your own processes.
In this role, you will:Partner with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging your industry expertise and network to identify high-potential individuals.Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for the role.Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post offer to ensure the candidates start the placements.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout.Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.Act as a positive role model and provide support to junior consultants in the team.
We are looking for someone who:Has a proven track record of success in a similar recruitment role managing the 360 process. Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
