Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our upscale establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of success in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and supervisors, to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently metDevelop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and maximize profitabilityMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurantOversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations to ensure sufficient supply levels and cost-effective purchasing practicesTrain, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold company policies, procedures, and service standardsHandle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectivelyCollaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, special promotions, and craft cocktail / beverage selectionsMonitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as sales reports, labor costs, and budget variances, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as neededPromote the restaurant via social media and traditional marketingCome up with creative ideas to attract new customers and bring back existing customers

Qualifications:Several years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale or fine dining establishmentProven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teamsStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, sanitation standards, and health regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendorsProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimizationFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the businessServSafe certification and/or other relevant industry certifications are a plus
