If you are an experienced or aspiring investment banker who wants to charge hard but would prefer to live somewhere other than New York or Los Angeles, Harrison Co. is hiring for positions at either of its offices in Salt Lake City or Miami.
We are looking for an equally motivated, competitive individual to join our team as an investment banking analyst. The ideal candidate will have around one year of experience in investment banking, consulting, leveraged finance, or other relevant financial services positions.
Primary Responsibilities: Typical responsibilities of an investment banking analyst (e.g., problem solving, writing, drafting marketing materials, financial modeling, valuation, research, etc.)Client and buyer contact (e.g., information requests, managing data rooms, buyer outreach, client meetings, etc.)
Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track recordAbility to think critically and write persuasivelyHighly proficient using Excel in a work environmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S.You will be expected to pass the FINRA Series 79 exam (Investment Banking Representative)
Unlike larger firms, Harrison Co. has a flat organizational structure. Our analysts work directly with partners to create successful outcomes for our clients. You will be expected to work long hours handling multiple projects with tight deadlines. Expect to work hard and be compensated well. This position is not remote. All new hires will be based either in the Salt Lake City or Miami office.
