About the Job:Manage all calendar management for multiple leadership members, travel booking needs, and planning of onsite and off-site meetings.Support the executive team with administrative tasks such as prepping meeting materials, drafting memos and documents, managing expense reports and organizing board paperwork.Serve as liaison to Board of Directors.Organize in-office events with administrative staff, including but not limited to, catering, meeting room set-up and take-down, invitation lists, etc.Assist with creating and editing documents and expense reporting as needed.Conduct research and enter data for various special projects.Communicate with internal contacts, updating leadership on deadlines, projects and agendas.Act as an active listener; take meeting notes to assess consistent topics for leadershipโs attention.About the Culture:An office environment that is unwavering in core values.Friendly work-life balance culture.About You:Experienced. You have at least two years of executive-level support experience in a client-facing environment; Bachelorโs degree preferred, but not required.Flexible.
